To Get Remote Help from a technician, follow these instructions:
If you are already a Cobbwebs Remote Support client, Call, Email, or Text IT Larry and click on the icon on your desktop.
If you are NOT already a Cobbwebs Remote Support client, click on the option you want:
- Support ONE TIME ONLY, or
- CONTINUOUS MONITORING AND SUPPORT ON DEMAND at a LOW monthly, or annual fee, then
- Click the appropriate Blue Remote Support Button to start the process.
- Allow the program(s) to run and follow instructions to setup the remote session.
